SALES TAX:

Since our corporate office is located in the State of Illinois, sales tax in the amount of 9.75% will be assessed for customer orders placed within the State of Illinois. All other states are exempt from sales tax. 

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES:

Our shipping rates are based upon the weight(s) of the product(s) purchased and upon the destination. We ship UPS ground to anywhere in the United States including *Alaska and *Hawaii. *Additional charges may apply to these states (email us if you are shipping to these states at: customerservice@theteapotboutique.com).  Please allow ample time for delivery, usually 7 - 10 business days. If you need a rush order, please email us and we will make every effort to accomodate you.

RETURN POLICIES:

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product(s) within 7 days of receipt provided the item(s) are in new and resellable condition.  The product(s) must be in their original packaging. To return a product(s) you must email us upon receipt of your order for authorization. Upon authorization, returns will be accepted within 7 days. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to the location specified on the receipt.  Note: Please do not send products back to the Orland Park, Illinois location, as they will not be accepted.  Upon receipt of the return, you will receive a refund to your credit card for the purchase price less the shipping cost.
